Alicia fell passionately in love with yoga 17 years ago, and she is now a 500 hour Trauma Informed RYT, 85 hour Prenatal and Postpartum RYT, 10 hour RYT Yoga Nidra instructor who is manifesting her dream of providing a safe space to share the healing and transformative benefits and her love of yoga with others.Alicia teaches through a trauma informed lens and provides tools to help people address and alleviate the symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, and unhealed trauma. Alicia strives to create a space that helps practitioners manifest a state of harmony, balance, and joy that builds community where people feel free to be completely themselves. At Sattva Space, we believe that yoga is for every body and we strive to help everyone evolve into the most balanced and best version of themselves.
